📍 Physical Campus (In-Person Classes & Tours) All hybrid classes, tutoring sessions, computer labs, and principal appointments are held at our main facility.

Operating Hours

• Physical Vaughan Campus: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

• Administrative & Phone Support: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST)

• Online Learning Portal (e-LMS): Accessible 24/7/365 from anywhere in the world.

• Campus Closures: We are closed on all Ontario statutory holidays and scheduled school breaks (Winter, Spring, and Summer).

Our Service Standards

At Amcan Tech Institute, we value prompt communication. We hold ourselves to the following response timelines:

• Email Inquiries: General and admissions emails are answered within 24 business hours.

• Phone Calls: Voicemails left during business hours are returned within 1 business day.

• Academic Feedback: Instructors return submitted student assignments with detailed grading within 3 business days.

• Official Records: Transcripts and OSR transfers are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving a signed release form.

Regulatory & Compliance Notice Am-Can Business and Tech Institute is owned and operated by AM-CAN BUSINESS AND LMS SERVICES MANAGEMENT LTD. It is registered as a private secondary school with the Ontario Ministry of Education (BSID school number pending validation and initial inspection). In-person learning at our Vaughan campus fully complies with all local fire, health, and safety standards.
